At BEAUEYE (US), we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging. Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BEAUEYE is not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
